What is the latest date I can order items from the WWF catalogue or website?
The last date for ordering from the catalogue is published in the catalogue. Our online store is open 365 days and 24 hours a day. You can only purchase items that we actually have in stock through our online catalogue. Any out of stock or discontinued items will not appear on the online store. Stocks of some seasonal items are limited and although we will continue to fulfill all orders wherever possible. However it is advisable to telephone our customer service team on 0870 7507023 to check availability if you are placing an order by telephone or post.
I would like to order a gift catalogue, how do I do this?

What are the postage and packing charges and options available to me?
WWF have variable rates of postage and packing according to geographical location of delivery address and speed of delivery. Most orders will require a signature. Rates are as follows:-
- STANDARD DELIVERY - £4.95 - should arrive within 7 days of receipt of order - but please allow 14 days at peak times.
- EXPRESS DELIVERY - £6.50 - should arrive within 2 working days if order placed by NOON.
- EU COUNTRIES - £12.95 - delivery times vary according to country
- REST of WORLD - please ring 0870 750 7023 for an individual quotation.

Where can I buy WWF products?
WWF-UK does not have any retail outlets. WWF's Earthly Goods gift catalogue, produced each Autumn and Christmas, contains a selection of environmentally friendly cards, wrapping paper - made from 100 per cent recycled paper - and other gift ideas. The 2008/9 catalogue will be available in early August. Fill in our online form or call 0870 750 7023 to request a copy, or visit our year round online shop.
By shopping online, not only do you have the satisfaction of purchasing environmentally friendly products, but you are also helping us to reduce our administrative costs.In addition you will immediately know whether something is in stock or not. WWF also licenses a range of products from office and home stationery to organic products, some of which are stocked at retail outlets and leading supermarkets across the UK.
How long will it take for my WWF catalogue order to arrive?
If you order by telephone or online, delivery should not take longer than 14 working days. If you need the products urgently you can request an express delivery of 2 working days, as long as you order by telephone or via the online shop. A small optional charge applies to this service. If you post your order to us the above delivery timings apply from date of receipt of your order. In the case of overseas orders we endeavour to get the products to you as soon as possible.
Where can I buy an animal adoption?
They are available through the WWF Green Gifts Online Shop. By ordering your animal adoption directly from WWF, more money from the sale of the adoption will go to WWF's conservation projects around the world.
Are the cards and wrap that WWF sell made from recycled paper?
All our cards and wrap are printed on recycled paper or paper from FSC Certified sources.
Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer this service.
Is the WWF online catalogue site secure?
The security of your personal details is our primary concern. To ensure that we offer you the highest standard available we use the VeriSign Secure Site Program. Our Servers use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), an Encryption Technology so that only our authorized personnel can read your personal information. You can check our Security Status in a number of ways. When you are operating in a secure environment you are prompted through your browser and the unbroken key or closed lock symbol will appear at the bottom of the browser window. You should also see an 's' after the http on the URL address. We do retain your credit/debit card details within our database to aid us if there are issues with your order.
Can I buy cleaning products that help the environment?
All the household products that the WWF sell are environmentally responsible and are specially sourced and selected to make your home more eco-friendly. They are also biodegradable, contain no harmful phosphates, chlorine or ammonia and have not been tested on animals.
Can I return any items that I am not happy with?
Information about how to return or exchange an item is included with each shipped order along with your packing slip. If you are not satisfied with our goods or service, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 working days after receipt. If the products have arrived in a damaged state, or are incorrectly supplied a prepaid returns label can be obtained from our service centre. Postage and packing charges will be refunded with the cost of the products in the case of damaged or faulty goods, but in other instances we will not be able to refund delivery.
Does my order have to be delivered to my invoice address?
No, there is an option on the checkout page to select an alternative ship to address.
Can I arrange for my order to be sent to two different delivery addresses?
Yes, this is possible. The packing and postage charges that normally apply to the order will, however, be applied to every delivery address.
