Additional delivery instructions

The DELIVERY ADDRESS that you supply at checkout is critical to getting your requirements to you in a timely and secure way and also at least cost to the charity, and the environment.

We deliver parcels between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Most parcels require a signature so we cannot leave parcels if you are not in. 

Please help us to ensure your goods arrive as required by giving us an appropriate delivery address where we can ensure delivery on the first attempt. This means that the delivery address may need to be different to the billing address in the checkout.

PLEASE DO NOT PUT AN ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS IN THE ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTION BOX at Checkout - this is for short notes i.e. "Please leave with neighbour if not in". However your neighbour will be required to sign for the parcel. If for some reason we can’t deliver, our distributors will leave a card giving you details of how you can arrange redelivery or collection.

Most orders are despatched within a week of order, but please allow up to 14 days at peak times.
