If you are not completely satisfied with our goods or service you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 working days after receipt of your product and receive a full refund for the goods. If the goods have arrived with you in a damaged state or are incorrect we will automatically refund the postage. If however you have simply changed your mind postage and packing will not be refunded. In all circumstances you must return the product to us in good condition.
Information about how to return or exchange an order is included with each shipped order along with your packing slip. To speed up the processing of your returned goods please ring our Customer Service Team on 0845 688 5112 to obtain a returns number, this number should be inserted onto the returns form and returned with the goods to:

Unless the goods have arrived with you in a damaged state or are incorrect we will not refund the return postage costs. If you would like any further information, please e-mail us at email@example.com or call our service Centre Team on 0845 688 5112, between 8am and 6pm Monday - Friday. We will refund you within 2 working days of receipt of your return at our Warehouse, credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the purchaser's card. Cheque refunds should be processed within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Please review your personalisation information before submitting your order. Check spelling and names carefully. You are welcome to call us on our Service Centre Team on 0845 688 5112 if you have questions about personalisation. Please note that the usual returns policy does not apply for personalised product, personalised items cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect, this does not affect your statutory rights. WWF reserves the right to refuse personalised orders at our discretion. In the case of inappropriate use of this service, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Cancellations and changes must be made by 10.00 a.m. on the day after you place your order. Personalisation service available with standard delivery only, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
