Multi Purpose Peat Free Compost 15L

This environmentally-friendly multi-purpose compost is totally peat-free, with most of the fibre coming from coir, the bi-product of the coconut industry. Most commercially available multi-purpose composts contain peat that has been extracted from wetland areas, which are rapidly becoming degraded.

This is not necessary as there are now good peat alternatives. The compost comes as a vacuum packed block which will expand to five times its volume when water is added. It has superior water retention that makes it ideal for indoor and outdoor plants, hanging baskets, containers and dressing flower beds. It contains 3 - 4 months natural slow release fertilizer. 15 litre size.
