How do I make a purchase?

Simply browse the online shop and select an item by clicking on how many you would like and then add to your basket. You can click on your basket throughout your browsing and add quantities or remove the item(s) from your basket. Don’t forget to click on the Update Basket before Check Out so it calculates exactly what you have picked.

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard and PayPal . I’m afraid we do not take card or cheque payments by telephone or post. Please do not send cash in the post either.

Is this shop site secure as there is no padlock displayed in my browser?

Yes we can reassure you that the shop is totally secure and once through to the check out you will see that it is secure and your browser will display the secure padlock icon.

What delivery options are there?

We have a good range of delivery options available here.

Can I change the address on my order once I have placed it?

Once the order has been confirmed by email, we regret that you will be unable to change the delivery address.

Can I have my parcel delivered to a different address?

Yes you can, as you complete your name and address details and choose the delivery you want there is an opportunity here to add the delivery address if it is not the same as the billing address.

How do I return any items?

Please complete the returns information on the back of your delivery note and include this in your parcel. Return to WWF-UK Shop, Codestorm House, Walton Road, Portsmouth, PO6 1TR. You have 14 working days from the receipt of the parcel to return any items. Please ensure you use the original packaging and ensure it is in a saleable unsoiled condition. Please make a copy of the front and back of your delivery note for your own records in case you need it as a reference.

When can I expect my refund for unwanted items?

We will refund you for the unwanted items within 28 days of receiving the returned items. If you return your whole order we will also refund the Standard Rate delivery cost.

How do I return a faulty product?

If you’re returning a faulty item within 14 working days of receiving the parcel we will refund you for the item and the cost for returning the faulty item to us. Please email us a copy of the receipt of payment for postage including reference order number and details of the faulty item. We will refund you for the items you’ve returned within 28 days of receiving the returned items.

When can I expect my refund for the faulty product(s)?

We will refund you for the items that are faulty and cost of return postage. If the faulty item(s) were part of an order with other items we will not refund the original delivery postage costs. You can expect your refund within 28 days of receiving the returned faulty item(s).

Where does my money go to?

All profits go to support our work. Please refer to our website wwf.org.uk for further information.

If I make a donation through the online shop does that show on my delivery note?

The delivery note will itemise every product you’ve purchased including the donation and the amount. Please keep these delivery notes for your records if you need to.

Are your products sustainable?

We pride ourselves on our efforts to ensure that all products sold through our online shop is of an eco and sustainable gold standard. We only work with suppliers who match our eco-criteria. Here's an example of what we're promoting for sustainability.

I would like to supply my products to WWF, how do I do this?

We are always looking for new eco-friendly suppliers, if you feel you have a product that would meet our criteria please contact us.
