WWF and the Mental Health Foundation have joined forces to bring you Thriving With Nature - a free guidebook which explores the relationship between nature, wellbeing and mental health.
The guide is packed with simple and imaginative activities, broken down by season, to help you engage with nature in your area throughout the year. There is also space throughout the guide for you to write or draw while out in nature – helping you to reflect on where you are, what you notice around you and the way you feel.
We have made this guide free (postage and packaging costs only) to help everyone to connect with nature and make the most of the benefits it can have for our mental health and wellbeing.
