To celebrate our 60th anniversary, we’re going back in time to where our panda logo originated from – Chi Chi arriving at London Zoo in 1961, featuring the original drawing by Gerald Watterson. Based on this, Sir Peter Scott drew the first logo. He said ""we wanted an animal that is beautiful, endangered, and loved by many people in the world for its appealing qualities”.
