Despatch & Delivery
We will despatch your order within 48 hours on working days (Mon-Fri, excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays). All orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery which should arrive within 5 working days.

Due to rising costs, we have taken the decision to temporarily suspend overseas shipping. We are currently investigating the most economical way possible to resume this. Please note we currently do ship to Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man.
Absolutely! When ordering, once you’ve completed your name and address and chosen the delivery option you want, you can add a separate delivery address if it’s different from the billing address.
However, please note, that once the order has been placed, the address cannot be amended.
Ordering

Once you’ve browsed our site and found a product you wish to purchase, select the item and the quantity you wish to purchase and then click on ‘Add to Cart’. Once you’ve selected all your purchases, click on ‘Cart’ and choose ‘Checkout’. If you’ve created a WWF Shop account, you can log-in to your account to place your order. If this is your first purchase from the WWF Shop, you will need to enter your email address and the name and address of where you would like your order to be sent. You will then be asked to select your Shipping Method and then enter your Payment details, including your billing address if it’s different to your shipping address. Finally, you will then need to review and confirm your order. Once confirmed, you will then receive your confirmation email with all the details of your order and information on how you can track its status.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal and Amazon Pay.
Due to the quick turnaround for despatching orders, we’re unable to make changes to the delivery address once you have received your confirmation email. However, you can Contact Us and we will see what we can do to help.

You have the choice of either creating an account or checking out as a guest. Creating an account enables you to save your delivery information for your next shop and view your current and past orders.
Returns & Refunds
If you have received an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please fill out this webform here – our Shop team will get back to you within 2-3 working days. Please remember to include your name and order number in all correspondence, and also provide a photograph of the issue if possible.
If you've changed your mind and no longer want your items, you can return them within 30 working days of receipt. We will be happy to refund the price of the product, provided it is in a fully resaleable condition with any labels/tags still intact, and as far as possible, in its original packaging. All products returned must be unused (this includes being washed or worn). If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

If the product is simply unwanted, you will bear the cost of returning the product to us and we will not refund your original delivery charge.
If you made a donation with your original order, this donation does not form part of the price of the product and we will not be able to refund any such item.
We regret that any food items, earrings and face masks cannot be returned unless faulty.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges – but you can return your item for a full refund and place another order for your preferred item.

The online shop is a trading company for WWF and 100% of all proceeds go to WWF to support the work we do.

We strive to offer gold standard sustainable products, and request all our suppliers meet our extensive eco-criteria. For example, this covers paper and wood from FSC® certified sources, single use plastics and GOTS organic cotton for textiles. There are many other eco-credentials that we aim to meet – if you would like further information, please email shop@wwf.org.uk
Privacy & Security
We will ask for your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses and telephone number. This information is kept along with your order history to enable us to contact you about your order and to enable faster checkout. You can view your account information and the status of your orders by clicking on the "My Account" page at any time. You can also opt to not create an account and checkout as a guest instead. We do not store your credit card information, your payment will be processed by Stripe or Paypal via their SSL accredited servers.

We take protecting your privacy very seriously and will always take all reasonable steps within our power to make sure your information is safe.
