Christmas Decorations - Turtle
Hang your favourite animals on your Christmas tree this year!
These gorgeous decorations are made by a fair trade, not for profit women's cooperative based in the South West of Bangladesh. The organisation was set-up to preserve traditional handicraft skills within female artisan groups.
Each Christmas decoration takes around 4hrs to make and the women are all paid a living wage (over double that of a garment worker in the Bangladeshi clothing factories), and receive additional healthcare and educational support.

While we’re doing all we can to slow climate change, we must also plan for a future where the Arctic is different. We’re committed to carefully managing the ecosystem of the Arctic’s Last Ice Area, so it can become a stronghold and sanctuary for wildlife like polar bears, walruses, narwhals and beluga whales.
