Did you know 2.5 billion cups are thrown away every year in the UK? Because takeaway coffee cups have a plastic coating on the inside, they can’t be recycled through normal schemes.

Coffeenotes have tackled this issue by upcycled coffee cups to makes high-quality writing paper, along with repurposing waste from the fruit, nut, coffee, clothing and brewing industries.
